Two independent gites in the park of a chateau built between 16^th and 18^th century, situated in the heart of the country  between Cognac and Royan and North-West of Saintes. Swimming, shops 2 kms away. Gite*** “Le Vivier” for 3 people. On two levels. Living room with fireplace. Very sunny position, next to a large water lilly pond. View of the chateau. Spacious and very charming. Studio for 2 people, well equipped, situated in an old, attractive small building in the courtyard of the chateau.  Very comfortable, comprising of a room with a fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. Accommodation on ground floor level and suitable for disabled people.  There are also rooms available in the chateau.

Between Cognac, Saintes, Saint-Jean d'Angély and the ocean quite close. Deep in the heart of the vineyards, 15 minutes away from Cognac, a superbly restored stone built 18th century property, a large garden of 7000 sqm, with mature trees and a swimming pool, spacious bedrooms, on the ground floor, with independent access (B&B). Two independent gites, holiday homes with private garden and swimming pool.

In the heart of the "Saintonge romane" and it's medieval treasures, just besides the world famous vineyards of Cognac, on the road of the pilgims to Saint-Jacques de Compostelle, the Domaine overhangs the hamlet of La Laigne and its 26 houses. Until the early sixties, the Domaine produced Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. Today, it will greet you and let you enjoy the peace of a mansion of the XVIIIth century, in a 2,5 hectares park, 5 minutes away from the historical center of Saint-Jean-d'Angély and its shops, 30 minutes away from the Ocean.
